Hello there,

Welcome to the non-boring guide on how to use Fridai

You can always access this from the app, too

If your download did not start:

If reading isn't your thing, here is a video - otherwise keep reading!

1. Unzip your download

You will need a ZIP file extractor to extract Fridai’s client

2. Download JAVA

Java is required for Fridai to work – for now – so please go to this link and download Java – the offline version.

Install it once it downloads.

3. Start "fridai-client.exe"

It’s going to show a warning for “Unknown Publisher”. Click on More Info, and press the “Run anyway” button.

*IMPORTANT: Running Fridai will not harm your computer, we have tested it and it is pending Microsoft’s approval.

3. Register/Login

If you have not used our previous version, you will need to create a new account.

Our social logins DON’T WORK yet, so please just enter a username and a password.

For now you will not get any confirmation emails from us, so make sure you remember your username and password!

4. Fridai's Dashboard

The current dashboard is pretty straightforward, we have all the games activated for you – as we keep building the product more features will be activated and added.

Feel free to look around!

5. Go to "My Fridai"

Here is where you will be able to control the things Fridai can do.

Now, if you hover over the skills and click, you will see how to use the given skill, with example phrases!

6. Say "Hey Friday"

Saying “Hey Friday” will activate the overlay and Fridai will start listening to you, wherever you are.

You will see everything you say and Fridai will respond via text and audio.

7. Close Fridai - it stays closed

Right now Fridai is not running with Windows startup, nor does it get placed to the tray. So if you close the program it stays that way – for now…

8. Feedback - we love it

Anything you leave as feedback is super valuable for us to keep working on Fridai and release more and more stable versions with features you would like to see.

From errors and bugs to feature requests – please use the Feedback button!

Fridai - Project Ambitious case study

Our case study shows how the game “Revn” has been using Fridai as an integrated solution and the results generated.

It is a useful read if you want to understand more about how active game time, pre-, in- and post-game engagement affects revenues.
